To promote individual spiritual growth, by identifying one's gift and talents given by God. To further God's Ministry by incorporating each individual ministry into the collective Church. To embrace Jesus' message to us when He said, "...in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world" (John 16:33)
